Following these results, 2009 saw the release of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009, the first ERP solution tailor-made for the specific needs and business processes of individual employees within a single company.

Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 RTC (Role Tailored Client) offers 21 standard roles. We have adapted these roles for our users within particular industries (food trading and non-food trading).
For example the agilesFood industry solution comes with the role "Operative Purchaser". This role provides the user with a complete and comprehensive view of all necessary information in one view. This role allows the user to view items which are required to be purchased, the current "real time" stock levels, any outstanding vendor orders and also the Workflow to-do's for which the user is responsible for, all from one desktop.
